Chevron Island is seriously one of the best locations on the Gold Coast. Having lived there myself, I know just how convenient it is and the lifestyle you have when living there.
I used to wake up on a Sunday morning and just walk down to the many alfresco cafe's. Sit there pondering over live and just relaxing and taking it all in, so close to the middle of Surfers Paradise but without the hustle and bustle.
Then in the afternoon I could just take the kids for a small walk and before you know it you are right on the beach at Surfers Paradise. They used to love spending the hours there, I used to love being able to just walk from home and not have to worry about parking...... BUT ...... also not having the frenzy that Surfers Paradise has.

As you walk through the front door into an open plan living, you will realise just how spacious it is for a unit at this price. Then you have the benefit as well of two good sized bedrooms, with an ensuite to the Master Bedroom.
Downstairs you have secure parking as well as a personal storage area.
As soon as the current tenant has vacated over the weekend we will be able to provide additional photos....... if it hasn't been leased already...... which I expect it will be.
Honestly, I loved my time there on Chevron Island and I know you will too.
